CHEF JOÃO DIAS

I was born and raised in a remote village in Portugal called São Vicente da Beira. From a very young age I understood what the future would be for me like as a professional. Pots and pans were something I fell in love since the age of 5. Authenticity of products, quality, smells, flavours, colors, sounds, and textures. Something I learned in my childhood from my mother, grandmother and also from my grandfather in my family's butchery.

 

After graduating from the best hospitality university in Portugal, Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo, I never stopped. Always looking for new challenges, exploring other countries and cultures. After more than 20 years of career as a Executive Chef in prestigious hotels and restaurants around the world, now is time to share my passion with you!
